Join York County Communities That Care in a county wide effort to improve the lives of our youth and their families. 2011 survey results indicate youth continue to struggle in York County with finding community opportunities for pro-social behaviors and rewards for participating in community opportunities. York County Communities that Care Action Plan selected programs that supported our vision: encircling our youth to build upon the community strengths.
